Cloning requires a live recording of the subject reading a one-time phrase generated at that moment. No phrase, no twin. There is no bypass, no enterprise exception and no support request that unlocks it.
Twins are per-account artefacts. They are never pooled into shared models, never used to improve a base model, and never surfaced to another account. Opting out is not a setting because there is nothing to opt out of.
Delete a twin and the face embedding, voice model and source photos are purged from live systems immediately and from encrypted backups within 30 days. You get a written confirmation with timestamps.
How the platform is built
AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit. Face and voice models sit in a separate key domain from general account data, with keys rotated quarterly.
SSO and hardware-key MFA for all staff. Production access is time-boxed, request-based and logged. No engineer has standing access to customer likeness data.
Render jobs run in single-use sandboxes with no outbound network. The sandbox is destroyed with its disk when the job finishes.
Access to production systems is request-based and logged. Security questionnaires and a DPA are available on request.
A current list of every sub-processor, what it touches and where it runs is published and versioned. Changes are announced 30 days ahead.
